Meet Hannah & Carl

Terra Mystica is the shared vision of Hannah and Carl—two people brought together not only by life, but by a lifelong fascination with the beauty and mystery of the natural world.

Long before they met, they had each been independently drawn to crystals and minerals. For Hannah, that fascination grew into a path of spiritual practice, shamanic ceremony and a deep appreciation for the energetic and symbolic qualities of the Earth's treasures. As the founder of Hannah Medicine Woman, she believes that crystals can become companions for healing, ritual and personal transformation. Among her favourites is the gentle, luminous beauty of Apophyllite, a crystal she treasures for its clarity and uplifting presence.

Carl's passion lies in the extraordinary geological story behind every specimen. Fascinated by mineralogy and the remarkable processes that shape our planet over millions of years, he is always searching for unusual formations, exceptional minerals and striking natural treasures. It's perhaps no surprise that Quartz—one of nature's most versatile and enduring minerals—has long been one of his favourites.

When Hannah and Carl came together, their shared love of crystals sparked an idea that seemed to arrive almost by chance. That spark became their first venture, Keystone Crystals, a business born from a genuine desire to share the Earth's treasures with others. Although the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic eventually led them to close the business and take time away to focus on other paths, their passion never faded.

Today, Terra Mystica represents a new chapter built upon that original dream. Guided by experience, a deeper appreciation for quality, and a commitment to working with trusted and responsible suppliers wherever possible, they continue to seek out pieces that inspire wonder—whether admired for their geological rarity, their spiritual significance, or simply their natural beauty.
